I'm not receiving text messages from my note 8 to my blaze after the last update. It was just saying view messages after the update now it's not even telling me that. Can Fitbit please fix this? I don't want to have to always pull my phone out to see my text messages that can become irritating. Fitbit please fix ASAP!!!!!

I'm having the same issue. It's been happening, off and on when there's an update to either, ever since I got the Blaze and Note 8 a few years ago. Usually I just have to reset and it works, nothing is working this time. Very frustrating and annoying. Please fix.

Same issue here, very frustrated. I have tried to troubleshoot this issue with no luck. Customer service was no help at all. I get calendar notifications, phone calls but no sms messages!

My Blaze also stopped receiving text messages, even though I do get my calendar updates and phone calls. I have reset my Blaze, checked all of my settings in my Moto phone and restarted it several times. I have done everything I know and it is so frustrating! The text alerts are one of the main reasons that I like my FitBit!

I'm not sure if it's a coincidence or if there was an update, but I was researching why text messages weren't sending on my phone and it said to clear cache, clear data, and that I may have too many messages. I went through and deleted a lot of old messages and low abs behold I was able to send messages again AND started being able to see the actual messages on my blaze. Worth a shot to try for others having issues.
