Blaze not receiving text notifications and can't turn off alarms

I received one of the first FitBit Blaze's a little over 3 years ago.  My Blaze has stopped receiving text messages despite being connected to my phone.  The bluetooth option no longer shows up on the back screen.  Then this morning my alarms didn't go off.  I have turned my Blaze on and off multiple times and nothing has resolved.  Anyone else have these problems?

First, I'd like to appreciate your time and effort troubleshooting your Blaze prior posting. I'd like to begin asking you if you're not receiving only text notifications or if this is affecting call notifications too. I recommend you to check our help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone for more information and details. Please check all the requirements in order to receive call, text and calendar notifications and if needed, troubleshooting steps.  

 

Regarding your alarm concern, can you please let me know if you were able to turn it off? Are you having display difficulties too? Please give me more details about it so I can move forward with you.
