Heart rate monitor quit working. How to get it back?

Hey there @Brtexan, Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

 

Could you please be more specific on what is going on? Are the lights on the back of the tracker flashing or they're not at all? If they're flashing, are you not able to see any information for your heart rate on your tracker or on your dashboard? Have you tried by any chance to restart your tracker?

 

If not, you can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and the heart rate monitor should work fine after this.

Had the same problem, heartrate monitor just stopped working sometime, did the reset and its working again!  lights are flashing now.  tried cleaning it good, recharging, and nothing worked till the reset!
