Bike ride speed and distance not recording.

Hello @ENF, which mode did you use to record your bike ride? 

- Let Fitbit decide - no distance can be measured, therefore no speed. 

- Manually started without a connection to the phone - again no distance can be measured. 

- Manually started with the phones GPS, a map of the ride is recorded, distance and speed is displayed.

Hello @Rich_Laue I'm using the manual start option using the phone GPS. I beleive it must be that the connection with the phone is lost. Thanks

Do you get any map in your logs? 

During the ride does the phone icon on the Charge 2 show a line through it?
