Blaze not recording distance accurately

I am training for a half marathon and my Blaze isn’t recording the distance accurately. I have changed my stride length but it hasn’t fixed the problem. My blaze says I have run further than I actually have. I run the same route each time. Friends who I run with use Apple Watch and Map my Run and Strava. All of those are more accurate than my blaze.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Since changing your stride length information didn't work, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our Support Team, for them to take a deeper look at this, please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.
