Blaze not recording sleep accurately

My Blaze hasn't been reporting my sleep time. What is wrong with it ?

I'm very sorry to hear that your Blaze has not been recording your sleep time. I'd like to help you out with this.

Now, I'd like to know... is your Blaze not reporting your Sleep Stages and is only reporting your simplified sleep patterns or it will not record your sleep at all? If you could please provide as much detail as possible of what is going on, I will appreciate that a lot and will be happy to help you out!

It wasn't reporting any of my sleep. I shut it off and now it's working .
