Blaze not recording sleep stages

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Blaze has never recorded sleep stages. It messages heartbeat not detected when there is no break in the heartbeat monitor. Swiping left twice does bring up sleep monitor screen, but it says no data. I chose the Blaze for this feature. Anyone have an answer? Fitbit didn't!

A warm welcome to the Community @LillMcD. If your tracker isn't recording sleep stages, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the tips provided there. Also, verify that your heart rate option is in "On" or "Auto".

Let me know how it goes. Smiley Happy

The post was not helpful. I keep getting no sleep stages and a message that
a heartbeat was not detected. When I look at the heartbeat tracker, it
shows a consistent and uninterrupted pattern. I have slept for more than 3
hours, usually 7 to 8 hours and my battery is fully charged. I have never,
I repeat never gotten sleep stages on my Fitbit Blaze and I'm getting very
frustrated!

I was getting sleep stages for over a month but it stopped recording them last Friday, 11/3/17. Bought this for that feature as recommended by my doctor to help monitor my sleep problems. Would be nice to have it work.

I have never had mine work! Is this feature false advertising?

Mine worked for over a month and now stopped. Hopefully there is a fix.
