Blaze not registering active minutes

For the last 2 weeks my Fitbit Blaze has not been recording active minutes. If you look at the Fitbit app to see my days of exercise it is recording activity including workouts. But my active minutes are remaining at zero. I reset my Fitbit several times and that doesn't seem to work. Can someone help?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Unfortunately, we don't have the proper tools to see this information. So, can you please tell me which type of activities are you doing to earn active minutes? Are you manually logging any type of activity? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the help article What are active minutes?.

I'm doing lots of walking plus I also teach Zumba classes for 1 hour 4 times a week. I'm not manually entering any of the information because up until now it was registering on its own. Today I actually noticed that my steps per hour is also not coming up accurate and that has not been accurate for about the same. Of time
