Hi!

 

So, for the last two days, my heart rate has not been read on my Fitbit. The green lights are flashing, but no HR ... I've tried rebooting it, updating it, charging it, etc. The HR is toggled on. Not sure what else to do.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues with your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions and tips provide there.
