Blaze not registering heart rate

Functionally it seems to work but will not display a heart rate. Before you tell me to reboot or to clean it, this has already been done.

If you are not seeing your heart rate information in your Blaze, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
