My heart rate is not reading anymore. Please help.

Good luck with that one.
Mine does the same thing. I did everything that was suggested but still not working. I called Fitbit but they are really not helpful. Basically I have a very expensive step tracker now, which is unbelievable and I honestly can say I am not a happy person. The “thing’ is only 3 month old. My other Blaze lasted 2 years and my Surge lasted 3 and is still going strong. I also have a Versa. I will be switching to another brand.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If your trackers aren't registering your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at this post where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
Also, check the help article Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device?.

I truly tried everything suggested, emailed etc. Nothing works and honestly I have a life. Just very frustrated and gave up. I will switch to another device for sure.
