Hello,
I have had my Blaze for about 6 months now. It has worked great up until 3 weeks ago. My heart rate will no longer read. The green light on the back will flash but it still doesn't show anything. How can I fix this?

Hey @lacelee, welcome to the Forums.
If your Blaze isn't recording your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide.

Thank you for the suggestion. My heart rate tracking is set to auto. I have tried different tightness in my band and both arms. I also tried to restart my Fitbit but still nothing. I don't know if this helps did noticed a change in the green light. The light use to do a fast flash, but now it does a slow blink.
