Blaze not registering my heart rate

I’ve been having some difficulty with my heart rate monitor in the Blaze. It does not seem to want to track my beats per minute. This has been going on for days now and is affecting the sleep metrics as well.

 

The green lights on the back will blink slowly instead of rapidly when it works properly. I turn it on and off, which has worked on occasion. I have removed the Blaze from my device, and then reconnected. Nothing seems to be a permanent fix. I’ve spent nights with the sleep set to normal, others to sensitive. I set the heart rate monitor to on, auto, and off. The problem persists.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues with your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
