Blaze not registering my steps

My Blaze is not picking up my walking. Any ideas? Yesterday it was slow at updating today nothing!

I would like to know if you keep having issues registering your steps? If you do, could you please provide me with a screenshot of your Dashboard? In the meantime, you can restart your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
