Blaze not reseting

My fitbit is fully charged and shuts off. I'm not able to turn it back on unless I put in the charger. Once back on it dies again within one hour but still has plenty of charge.  I tried to reset but when pressing the left and bottom right buttons at the same time it cuts the device off and I have to once again put in the charger to turn back on.  Please help!!!
