Blaze not responding and battery draining fast

My son gave me the Blaze as a gift over 14 months ago and having had a stroke I have only just started cycling again.

The Blaze was ok to start with, now, it is not responding to anything other than flicking through the screens. Plus the battery only lasts an hour.

Bluetooth to my phone when cycling was giving up prior to the battery and functions not responding.

I've tried reboot, syncing every hour, switching it off and leaving it a few days, draining the battery to nearly discharge. I give up.

Any help would be appreciated
