Blaze not responding on charger

My Fitbit Blaze has been dead for 2 months now due to packing, moving, and just now finally finishing unpacking. I've let it charge for 4 hours now but it is still dead and will not turn on. What can I do?

@Carmen2331, are you using a wall charger?

I've noticed tgst if my tracker has been dead for a couple of days it might take 6-8 hours. One tracker was lost for a month and it took almost a day on the wall charger before it would turn on.

Welcome to the Forums @Carmen2331 and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend following the restart procedure and take a look at this post. After this, test your Blaze.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
