Hi there,
I've upgraded from Fitbit Alta to Blaze today, in the app I have removed the fitbit Alta and tried to set up the fibit Blaze. I have followed the screen steps, I charged it to 'battery full' but the blaze is not connecting to the app at all. When the blaze is on charge I can see the clock face, can swipe up and down but not right and left..
When I put the blaze into the watch bracelet/strap the screen is just black, I've pressed the left and bottom right bottom many times but still no luck.
Anyone who knows how to fix this problem or any advice, I would appreciate it very as I need to use it for tomorrow evening!!

I'm very sorry to hear that your tracker is not working at all when outside the charger 😕 That's pretty strange.
