In the last week my blaze has been discharging from a full charge to zero in about two hours as opposed to several days. I have read similar comments on here and have cleaned the contacts and other suggested remedies but to no avail. Is it possible for me to log a fault or speak to an engineer - it is very frustrating as I haven’t exposed the blaze to water or violently jolted it so I’m perplexed as to why it has suddenly started doing this.

You could contact Fitbit, however they do not replace batteries.
Or open Google and search for Blaze Battery Replacement, you will find a source for the battery and several videos on the process to replace it. Their probably also is a company that will do this for you.

Mine has the same problem. It is very annoying and makes me want to get a different brand of smartwatch.
