Blaze not showing phone notifications

I just received my Blaze and I cannot get it to show my text notifications or who is calling when my phones rings.  I have notifications on so I'm not sure what is wrong.

Neither are we since we don't know what phone you have, what your Bluetooth setup is like or what other notification options you've configured!

Sorry about that.  I have an iphone 6 plus.  I have paired my phone via bluetooth.  My phone did ring and I felt a vibration on my blaze but did not see anything on the screen of it.  My phone setting are set to allow notifications for the Fitbit App. The Fitbit app settings are set to allow calls, text messages, and calendar events.

I have the Samsung Galaxy S5. I've had it for almost 2 years. My phone is paired and everything with my Blaze, obviously but I am still getting "Unknown Caller" when someone calls. It's frusterating. Smiley Sad
