Blaze not starting if disconnected from charge

Hi

 

i Jus got my new blaze. I've done the initial setup and applied the latest update. 

And Im able to use it when in charging cradle.

The moment I take it out the display is not coming. 

 

I tried the basic troubleshooting of restarting, no impact. 

 

Can anyone help

Welcome to the Community @Lak2 and thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. 

 

Could you please confirm you are following these steps in order to restart your tracker:

 

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

If you are doing these steps, could you please try them again a couple of times.

There is no solution I could see in post. Can u pl tell what is the resolution to this problem.. really frustrating..

This post was over 3 years ago and it was only beginning the troubleshooting.  If you have an older blaze with this issue, it might be battery, might be something else. 

Please start your own post with your problem and any steps you've tried so far to fix it.
