Hi, I just got my furniture but it won't let me swipe in any direction. I have turned it off and on again multiple times. The swiping will work for a couple of minutes but when I leave it until the screen turns off and then try it again it stays on the clock face. Is there another way I can fix this?

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
