Hi there @Speedy3! 🙂 Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums!

Let me give you a hand with this...

I'd like to know where is it that you're looking at the battery status that appears in grey... Normally, the battery status will not show on the clock face but if you swipe to the next screen on the tracker itself, you will see the battery indicator icon at the top left corner and it will appear in grey and will only show in red when the battery is draining out.

If your tracker is not connecting to the app, you could try to restart it. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and  then you can try to get it to sync and see how it goes.

If you're still having problems with this, let me know and I'll be happy to help!

My blaze also has a grey battery. It shows up on the upper left corner of all the screens except the clock screen. I literally just took it out of the charger (it was there all day) so it would be charged. The screen also wasn't working when I tried to swipe but rebooting it seemed to help.

A warm welcome to the Community @TPerry.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues with your Blaze battery, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. Also, you can take a look at @FerdinandFitbit's post and try the steps he's providing.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy
