Blaze not syncing, pending deletion, app not working on iphone 7

My Blaze has started playing up over the weekend. my user details aren't reconised and gives me the following message:

 

This account is pending deletion. There's still time to change your mind. You can reactivate your account anytime before the grace period ends. after that we will begin to delete your account and you will not be able to recover your data. 

 

I select recover and then I get the following message:

 

Opps, something went wrong. Please try again.

 

I've switched off the Blaze, deleted the app and I still get the same process.

 

Please can you explain how to sort our the problem
