I know this is a topic that's popped up a few times now, but I haven't been able to find any solutions related to my problem.
I linked my Blaze to my Galaxy s8 no problem. Got it all set up. But now it refuses to sync my info. Instead, it's just constantly stuck in the "syncing now" process, which has been the case for now over 24 hours. I've tried rebooting the Blaze, restarting the app, but nothing. Is this just a product of Fitbit still being new to the s8, or could this be a problem with my Blaze or even phone? I'd really like to not have to get a new Fitbit...
Thanks in advance for any help!

It's great to welcome you @TheDevoFox and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself.
As you might know, Samsung Galaxy S8 is not a compatible mobile device. You can try to follow the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post, but I don't guarantee it will work 100% since as mentioned your phone needs to be compatible in order to work properly with your tracker.
Catch you later.

I don't think your(our) problem lies with fitbit. I believe the reason that the S8 is not on the compatibility list is because the phone is flawed. Samsung is having an issue with "Bluetooth 5" on the S8. Bluetooth 5 is supposed to be backwards compatible on the S8 because it may not work properly with Bluetooth 4 devices(fitbit). In my case, the S8 connects with my Volvo and two different brands of Bluetooth headphones. It does connect with my Blaze, and the app works as expected, but the Blaze does not connect with the S8 when I want to use GPS to track workouts, notifications stopped working, and I have the battery drain problem as well.
I don't think fitbit will add the S8 to the list until it's proven that the two devices will work together properly. Right now, this does not seem to be the case.

well it was added to the list and we're still having issues.... waiting for Samsung to fix it... apparently.
