Blaze not syncing with Galaxy 7edge

I've got an unusual query, I've had my blaze for a while and it synced with my galaxy 7 edge no problem for a while, Then it kept losing the connection, so I had to keep syncing it, but now it will not sync at all, I think the blaze had an update including new clock faces etc since then I cannot get my Fitbit to sync with my phone. I tried restarting my blaze and uninstalling the app on my phone and re-installing even spoke to customer support all to no avail, now they say it's not compatible but I know it used to be. Can anyone help please I'm at my wits end with it.

Hi there @Marilyn31. Good to see you in the Forums! 🙂

As of right now, since the Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge is a very recent model, it doesn't appear in the list of the compatible devices with Fitbit. Our team needs to do several tests before adding a new device as a compatible one so I would say our team is now in the testing but it's not officially in the list yet. This has happened before with some other models, they do work and are compatible but don't appear in the list so I would say that's the case right now and our team should be invetigating to make it fully compatible.
