When Blaze was new it synced with MyFitnessPal exercises, food.etc.. now I get nothing. Tried removing and restarting. Mfp won't allow me to disconnect. Any suggestions.

Thanks

Hi @Blugsr600! I'm happy to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I can suggest unlinking your MFP account from Fitbit directly. For this, go on a PC into your browser to fitbit.com and click on the gear icon at the top right corner. Go to the Settings and then, in the column to the left side, you should be able to click on Applications. or go directly to https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/apps . Here look for MyFitnessPal and click on the option that says Revoke AccessRevoke AccessRevoke Access

After that, go to MyFitnessPal and link it to Fitbit again and see how it goes.

Let me know if you need more help with this!

I tried all of that and since my last update my blaze won't sync with myfitnesspal & track my steps for the day.

Hi there @Asmith7f. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂 I'm sorry you're having problems syncing to MFP and with your steps.

Whenever you say that your Blaze won't track your steps, is this that it won't sync your steps to MFP or your tracker itself won't record your steps at all? If that was the case, I would recommend restarting your tracker and see if this helps. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

For syncing to MFP, try again to revoke the access, log out of both accounts, Fitbit and MFP and then log back in and try to sync them again by granting access and see if this helps.
