Blaze not syncing with Samsung Galaxy S8+

My blaze stop syncing with my Galaxy S8+. I have restarted my phone, restarted my bluetooth, restarted the fitbit blaze, unpaired, setup a new device through the app several times and when it could see the blaze it timed out. Now it won't even see the blaze on the app and never connects. I've restarted multiple times and it seems every year i need a new fitbit because the one i have loses connection to my phone over time with any phone.

Hi there @amartz52. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that your Blaze is not syncing with your Samsung Galaxy S8+ 😕 Thanks a lot for what you've tried to get it to work though!

There's one more thing I can recommend and it is removing your Blaze from your Bluetooth devices but on your phone directly. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device".

Then proceed to set up your tracker as a new device one more time. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help!
