I've had my Blaze since they released it in Canada last year, it worked wonderfully up until two months ago. Since then I have rarely been able to sync (once in the last month). I've tried with both Windows and Android, followed all the steps, tried hard reset, made sure bluetooth was only on in one device at a time and still no luck. They are able to pair, but even that is sometimes hard to achieve.
Any help would be awesome!

Welcome to the Community @OttMat and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If you are having problems syncing your tracker, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. After these steps your tracker should work properly.
