Blaze not syncing with humans Go365 app

My insurance, Humana, recently upgraded to a new app Go 365, my blaze says it's synced but my steps won't register. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all but still nothing. Hunmana doesn't know why either.

Obviously the app upgrade broke something. Try contacting Go365 directly.

I called Go365  and they say to called Fitbit Blaze please help me Thanks.

You as a user will not have accass to the ttouble shooting. This really is somethibg that Go365 will need to discuse with fitbit
