@brandon3, what type of device is being used to sync the tracker?
Has the tracker been setup yet, no longer showing the messahe www.fktbit.com/setup?

If your Blaze isn't syncing, you can take a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there. After these steps your tracker should sync properly.
