My Blaze won't sync I just got a Samsung galaxy s8 and was previously using a Samsung galaxy s6 which it worked fine with I have tried turning Bluetooth off and on I have tried turning WiFi off and on I have turned both my phone and the blaze off and on and I have unpaired the blaze and repaired it nothing is working I have no idea what else to do

I'm just curious... Do you by any chance still have the old phone with you and is it turned on? If so, this could be the problem. For that, I would recommend going into your old phone and in the Phone settings, go to the Bluetooth settings, here tap on the Blaze which could be still connected and hit "Forget this device". Once you've done this, you can try to pair your tracker to your new phone. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
See if this makes any difference and let me know how it goes!

My old phone is currently turned off and I can't get to it as I am in a different part of the country when I get the chance I will try this

Got my Blaze Fitbit recently, and was earger to start; but to my surprise it wasn't syncing.
