Hi,
I have an iPhone 5s, currently running iOS 10.3.3, and a Blaze bought about 3 months ago that is never detected by the the iPhone. Bluetooth is on, and other devices are detected by the phone. The Blaze software is automatically updated, so it is running 8.402.1.
I have tried reinstalling apps; turning the phone on and off; turning Bluetooth on and off, but nothing works. I think I have tried all the online help desk tips. Any further suggestions? I am wondering if the Blaze could just be faulty. I have never got this to work since buying it, although the app syncs fine (on both iPhone and an iPad I use).
Help gratefully received!
Eleanor

It's great to welcome you @Eg39 and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.
If your Blaze isn't syncing with your iPhone, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

I'm having the same problem, continuously, since purchasing the Blaze six months ago. I've tried many of the resync ideas, but it is always hit or miss that the notifications are going to show up on my Blaze. It's very frustrating as my husband has an older version of the Garmin Vioactive and has no problem receiving notifications from his IPhone 5. Please any assistance would be greatly appreciated before he purchases me a Vioactive. Thanks!

I also have a lot of trouble syncing my blaze. The only thing that I have found to work is to shutdown and re-pair it to my iPhone 7. That is a major hassle but the only way it will sync. All software and firmware are up to date.

Sounds like there are a few of us with inconsistent experiences of syncing.
I tried following the ‘having trouble syncing’ post recommended by AlejandraFitbit. It’s fair to say that after restarting Bluetooth and then opening the app, I managed to pair the phone for the purpose of a run for the first time. But the phone still doesn’t show it as a paired device in the iPhone Bluetooth settings, and the notifications haven’t been working all day, before or after this solution. My old Charge HR worked better!
I will try repairing it but I have done this in the past with no benefits.
