Blaze not tracking Heart Rate

My Fitbit Blaze suddenly stopped tracking my heart rate in the middle of my run this morning.  I've always worn it the way it is recommended in the guide, and I have reset and restarted multiple times to no avail.  I've the turned the sensors to off/on/auto repeatedly, as well.  I have also been waiting for online chat support for well over an hour.

 

Edited to add:  I charged it up while I was in the shower (after my run).  Finished charging about 5 hours ago, and just got a low battery warning.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you were able to get an answer from our support team, have they offer a solution for this?
