I see that other people are having this problem. Can someone tell me how to fix it? My Blaze suddenly stopped tracking my sleep.

I got the same problem. Everything tracked by the sensors on the back stopped working two days ago. Heart rate, calories burned, sleep. Other things, which can be tracked by the phone, continue to work: steps, floors climbed, distance.
My Blaze is 3 years old. Is that the lifespan of a Blaze? Or is there some kind of reset/re-enable which will restart the HR sensor? I've tried shutting down and restarting the Blaze a couple of times. No effect.

I'm having the exact same issue -my blaze stopped tracking my heart rate and sleep 4 days ago. Numerous restarts, app reinstalls, cleaning, etc hasn't made any difference.

This worked for me:

I talked with customer support for quite a while and they had me try some things including this (but all of which I'd already done before after reading the forums), then said they were elevating my issue to the next level. Later I got an email that said my Blaze was out of warranty and basically, too bad. They couldn't do anything. No fix, no replacement, no explanation as to why the heart rate monitor stopped working but everything else is still fine, nothing. I've had the watch exactly 2 years, but for $200 bucks I guess I expected it to last a little bit longer, especially the way I've treated it. Very disappointed. Do not think I'll be replacing it with another Fitbit at this point.

Glad it worked for you. Mine is basically worthless now. My watch is outside of the warranty (by literally a week), so the "best" they would offer me is 25% off a new Fitbit, but ONLY if I buy a new one in the next 30 days. And since the heart rate monitor is busted, many of the other features now don't work either -- the sleep tracking, heath reports, auto recognizing activity, and clearly the calories burn. I basically have a $200 pedometer now. I will NOT be buying another FitBit. When I originally ordered this Blaze, it didn't work right out of the box, and FitBit replaced it because I never even got it started. That should have been a sign that many of these watches are faulty, and some are just crap.
