Hi there, I am having a problem with my Blaze. It isn't tracking all of my steps. I work in a hospital and walk all over the place, When I left my desk, I wrote down the number of steps. When I got back, it added only 40 steps to the count. I went to 3 different floors and down several long hallways. Any suggestions??

Totally @ChelleBean! In these situations, whenever you're pulling a cart or holding on to something and not moving your arm while moving, your tracker may not count all your steps accurately. This is because of the way it works.
Your Blaze uses an accelerometer which altogether with the algorithms it works with, will look for walking motion patterns (your arm swinging) to recognize steps, so if you hold on to something while walking, it will not detect these steps accurately. If you could in fact pull the cart with your other hand, that would help a lot. Make the test and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for getting back @ChelleBean!
I've got to say that's a brilliant solution! I couldn't come up with a better one myself to be honest. I'm glad to hear that it seems to be pretty accurate and that on top of it all, it's recording your heart rate accurately!
Hope other women find your solution helpful and if you need anything else, let us know. We'll be happy to help! 🙂
