My Blaze stopped tracking my floors, it also stopped tracking sleep on Mar 13, I’ve logged out and back in I’ve shut my iPhone off, reset, nothing has worked

Hi @Jpops, it's great to see a new member around!
Thanks for sharing detailed information about your Blaze behavior, as well for the troubleshooting steps that you've tried. You did a great job.
Let me share that the Blaze uses an altimeter to track floors, and registers a floor when detecting continuous motion combined with an elevation gain of about 10 feet. There are some factors that may prevent your device from counting floors. For example, if you pause when you go up a flight of stairs, your device will not count the floor or if the flight you climbed is less than 10 feet. Exposure to excess moisture can also cause result in fewer floors, so make sure to not wear it too tight or loose.
Since you mentioned to have tried a reset, do you mean to have tried restarting your Blaze? If not, please give it a try and let me know how it goes.
Regarding the sleep data not recorded, may I know if you've received the old sleep pattern instead of sleep stages? Also, have you seen any message in the Fitbit app about the reason why the sleep stages weren't recorded?
Keep me posted.
