Blaze not tracking heart rate, active minutes or hourly steps

Since last night (Monday 13th March UK) by Fitbit Blaze started not recording active minutes, not logging my heart rate and not recording my steps per hour. I've tried reinstalling the app, setting my device up as a new device and also reset it a number of time, including the standard work around for not tracking heart rate to switch from Auto to On, sync, On to off sync and off to auto then sync, nothing seems to work.

I've read forums and checked updates and seems there was an update on 7th March to IOS app to 'fix bugs' but I'm thinking this is what has introduced the problems - can anyone help? Oh and I've also cleaned the back of my Fitbit to ensure it wasnt dirty and this could have been the issue ....
