I been using the blaze for the last year and have come across a few issues. First 3 Blaze's I had were having issues syncing to my note 5. Once finally got one that synced it took about 6 months before it started to act up. Not syncing to the app and started to over heat and burn my hand where the heart monitor is located.
Fitbit was nice enough to exchange my completed watch out for me. Now I weigh 285 at 6'2 and I do my workouts with sweat pants and a sweat shirt for a minimum of 2 hours. The new blaze that I have now seems not to be calculating correctly my calorie burn and seeing precipitation building up on the inside of heart monitor location after long periods of working out. It is also not syncing like it should i have to reset the app every time I try to log my info so it can finally sync correctly and the battery life has been depleting quickly. Is anyone having these same issues and what have you done to fix it? Getting tired of continuously calling in and them making me do a reset on the equipment. My wife has a Blaze also and has not had the same issue but then again she doesn't work out as hard and sweat as I do on a daily basis. My average burn of calories calculating on a daily basis is 4200 to 6000 depending on the my day. This is a 24 hour calculation.

A warm welcome to the Community @jmorales723. Regarding to the issues that you are experiencing with your Blaze:
- Calories: If your tracker is not correctly tracking your calories burned, I recommend verifying that your settings are correct. Please check your weight and height, also restart your Blaze.
- Heart Rate: Take a look at this post, where you will be able to find some steps to follow and some other to improve this reading.
- Battery: In this post, you will be able to see some instructions to follow.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

I have already gone through 3 trackers from your company and still having the same issue. I have notice since i do sweat a lot the tracker tends to freeze up and stop working. I would miss 3/4 of my daily workouts because of this. Now I have been noticing again that the battery life has gone down the drain. I have follow all steps that fit bit has to offer and still same issues. I am a very tech savy person and before i contact any company i will do my research read and read my product books. 90% of the time customer service personnel copy and paste from possible issue from a list and not really get into the issue that is being spoken about.
