Blaze not tracking heart rate

My blaze hasn't been tracking my heart rate for a couple weeks. Anyone have any manufacturing issues like this?

Hey there @ChrisMc41. Good to see you in the Community Forums!

I'm sorry to hear that your heart rate tracking is not working properly. Two weeks sounds like a long time. I'd like to know. Do you see the green lights on the back of your tracker flashing or they will not show at all?

I can suggest at this point trying to restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and it should all work fine after that.

Try that out and let me know how it goes!

No the green lights aren't lighting up. The reset didn't work either. Any other ideas?

I would like to know if @FerdinandFitbit's recommendation in restarting the tracker worked? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to find some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips on how to fix it.

I ended up getting a new blaze. It was under warranty. It also stopped holding a charge so I knew there was more to it. The reset didn't work
