Blaze not tracking heart rate

Hi,

 

The HR monitor on my Fitbit Blaze which I purchased 2 months ago has stopped working. This has been happening for about a week now and is frustrating. I have tried resetting the device numerous times. I have tried to upload images to this post but they do not seem to be attaching, is there an email for anyone at Fitbit I could send them to?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues registering your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
