Blaze not tracking kilometers accurately

Over the past few months I have realized that my Fitbit Blaze does not track my km's run accurately. It is always between 1.5 - 3 km different to what I have actually run. I did a 10 km race yesterday, but when I finished, my watch had only registered that I had run 7.85 km.

 

This is so disappointing and really need to get my watch tracking accurately. How can I get my watch tracking normally again?

Have you tried to measure your stride length information to obtain a more accurate reading? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at the How do I measure and adjust stride length for my Fitbit device? article and follow the instructions provided there. After following these steps, test your Blaze.
