Blaze not tracking my sleep

Hello,

 

My Blaze hasn’t tracked my sleep in almost a month. Have tried turning watch and phone off and back on.

 

Please help.

Hey there @Cocorunner, welcome to the Forums!

 

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your Blaze isn't registering your sleep, I recommend verifying that your heart rate option is on, also please restart your tracker. Keep in mind that you can always log this information by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. Tap the sleep tile
  2. Tap the "+" icon
  3. Tap Add Sleep Log
  4. Enter your information
  5. Tap save and sync

I have been having the same issue for a week. I just restarted my Blaze and hoping that was it!
