Blaze not tracking sleep or heart rate

My fit bit blaze is not tracking my sleep or my heart rate. I did delete and Rea open the app on my iPhone 6. I did check the auto, on, and off feature for heart rate. Any ideas for help? Thank you!

Is it charged? If it is, contact Fitbit support, they have GREAT customer service every time I've felt with them.

Also, my lights on the back side of the tracker aren't on...

I did call customer service. They were very helpful and stated that I needed to have a replacement blaze sent out. I'm glad it just wasn't all me!
