Hello. I recently updated my app on iPhone and for the past two day the heart rate and sleep are not accurately recording correctly. It says my rate is between 88 and it shows -- and then 110 and then -- and for sleep I went to bed around 10:30 but it only recorded 2 hr and 5 min of sleep from 4:32 - 6:58 am.  I hard started last and again this morning. Still not working    Any help would be greatly appreciated also stairs doesn't seem accurate as well

It's great to see you around @Butterflywings. Regarding the heart rate inconvenience, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to find some information about some things that might be affecting the reading of this information and some tips to improve it and now, about the sleep, restart your tracker and test it. Keep in mind that you can edit your sleep log by doing the following from a computer:

1. Log in to your Dashboard and navigate to the sleep log page: http://www.fitbit.com/sleep/
2. Using the calendar date selector, choose the date with the sleep log that you would like to edit.
3. Hover your mouse over the sleep log in question.
4. To delete the sleep record, click on the "X" that appears in the upper right hand corner.
5. To modify the start and stop times of your sleep log, click on the pen and note pad icon.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Hi again,  I actually called customer service and they were able to send me to a tech person and he was great.  It looks like my sleep and heart rate are working again.

Mine will not  edit the number of hours in the sleep cycle and will remain what was logged by the blaze. It will also not add time if I wake up and go back to sleep as in a nap. My sleeptime normally does it start recording for up to an hour after I’m asleep so it is totally in accurate. It is one of the better features of the FitBit.  My ionic was super accurate

My Blaze just stopped tracking my sleep and heart rate a couple of days ago.  Can you give me the number for the tech person you spoke with?  Thank you.

Mine's doing the same - no heart rate or sleep tracking for the last 3 days. Any fix?

Unfortunately no! They sent me a replacement or 50% off a new Fitbit. It
seemed to happen after the last down load.

Is it safe to start a new Fitbit?  The issues have been addressed?  I have a new one and am scared to start using it incase it crashes too!

Nope. I talked with customer support for quite a while and they had me try some things (all of which I'd already done before), then said they were elevating my issue to the next level. Later I got an email that said my Blaze was out of warranty and basically, too bad. They couldn't do anything. No fix, no replacement, no explanation as to why the heart rate monitor stopped working but everything else is still fine, nothing. I've had the watch exactly 2 years, but for $200 bucks I guess I expected to get a little more time out of it, especially the way I've treated it. Very disappointed.

Well, you got a better deal than I did. My watch is outside of the warranty (by literally a week), so the "best" they would offer me is 25% off a new Fitbit, but ONLY if I buy a new one in the next 30 days. And since the heart rate monitor is busted, many of the other features now don't work either -- the sleep tracking, heath reports, auto recognizing activity, and clearly the calories burn. I basically have a $200 pedometer now. I will NOT be buying another FitBit. When I originally ordered this Blaze, it didn't work right out of the box, and FitBit replaced it because I never even got it started. That should have been a sign that many of these watches are faulty, and some are just crap.
