My Fitness Blaze stoped trackng my sleep and heart rate 4 days ago. I have tried to restart the Blaze, I shut down heart rate monitoring, synced, turned back heart rate monitoring, and I have also shutdown and restarted my watch. It currently display my heart rate, but it does not record it as when I sync my Blaze to my IPhone, I do not see anything recorded in the Heart rate graph since last Saturday. How do I get it to track my heart rate again?

A warm welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner and thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself.
If your tracker is not longer registering your sleep and heart rate, I recommend restarting your tracker a couple of times more, also please take a look at this post where you will be able to find some things that might be affecting this reading and some steps to improve it. Once your tracker starts reading your heart rate again, it will be able to register your sleep too.

My heartrate also stopped being tracked; where on the settings can i be sure I have it turned on? I tried resetting everything but that hasnt worked; seems like this happens to alot of folks

Thanks for your response.
I noticed my Fitbit Blaze restarting on its own Wednesday evening and it started working correctly after that. Before it restarted, I was missing all of Wednesday's steps and my heart and sleep data since Sunday morning. But now, all of my steps and heart data is accounted for.
Since I do not seem to be the only one with these issues, would you mind telling us if your software programmers are working on a fix for these issues and when we can expect it?

Welcome to the Forums @Robbie36 and @keleigh15e, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself, if you are having issues with your heart rate reading, I recommend taking a look at my previous post and follow the tips provided there. @SunsetRunner I am glad to hear that your tracker is now working properly and that your information is being registered. Regarding to your question, our team is always working in maintain everything as good as possible, that's why Fitbit launch updates every time it is needed.

About 1 week ago my Fitbit blaze stopped recording my sleep time or my heart rate. The green LEDs are lit, I have synced it with my iPhone but still no sleep or HR data. Any ideas?

Mine did that & I sent it back & got a replacement!!
