Blaze not tracking sleep or heart rate

For the past two nights my Blaze isn't recording any information for sleep or heart rate. Everything else (steps, stairs, etc) is working fine. Following other users advice, I have restarted the Blaze three times. The dashboard is still showing no sleep or hr data. What should I do?

I have the same problem. it started last saturday when my sleep time was about 9 hours earlier than in reality. sunday no registration of sleep. everything else works.
