My Blaze stopped tracking sleep and heartrate. How can I restart it?

To restart, you need to press the left button and the bottom right buttons at the same time and wait for the display to show the Fitbit logo. However, I did this and it didn't work. I'm having the same issue as you but just the sleep stages doesn't work on mine.
