For the last few days my fit bit blaze hasn't provided me with a sleep score, or a normal sleep graph that I'm use to. I've tried the following.

  • Verifying it had enough battery life before bed
  • Tried various wrist band retention
  • Shut off, and restarted the fitbit
  • Logged out of the phone app, and signed back in.
  • Restarted my phone, and tried logging out of, and login back in to the app.

So far nothing has resolved the issue. I've attempted to share a url link of my sleep chart for reference. Never used this forum, so I'm not sure if I shared it correctly. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi there @Anthem555, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about the sleep data tracked on your Blaze. I appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting the sleep feature prior to contacting us.

If you are not receiving sleep stages, I recommend considering the following:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see: What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?

Note that we are aware of Sleep Score may take longer than usual to appear in the app. We’re currently working to resolve it and hope to have a fix soon. Be sure to keep your Fitbit device and app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution.

I hope this helps, give this a go and let me know if next time your Blaze provides you with your sleep data.
