Blaze not tracking sleep stages

Over the past week, my Blaze has not been consistently tracking sleep stages. It will one day, then the next several days it will only track classic sleep. I haven't changed anything about how I wear it.

None of the issues listed apply. I have not changed a single thing about how I sleep or how I wear my watch and I charge it frequently. Do you have any other suggestions? I have restarted the Fitbit, the app, and my phone many times.

I have been dealing with the same issue for almost 2 months. Sure,they sent me emails but absolutely NO solutions! I requested an exchange and they said they wouldn't because they believe it's an optimization issue. Now the heart rate isn't working properly. I have an expensive watch that only shows the time. I could have bought a $10 one at the gas station that would do the same thing. I bought mine on Black Friday.

Have just started experiencing this problem in the past week. Sounds like same from what others reporting about 9 months ago. My blaze has not tracked sleep stages...only basic sleep.  Is this just me or are other blaze users experiencing this problem?

Hi, my blaze has not been tracking sleep stages properly since 29.6.2019. It tracked absolutely fine before this. Very disappointed!
